Awesome! These are great quality, and some of the bones are labeled left and right for assistance. You get the right hand and foot put together but the other pairs are disarticulated in a bag, which is fine because you really only need one to study with, and the fact that the whole spine comes disarticulated is the perfect way to learn which are cervical, thoracic, etc. As far as accuracy and detail goes, these were exactly like the ones they had in the lab and in the academic learning center at school (I just like to be at home and study) the only thing I would kinda knock is the skull. It is pretty detailed as far as sutures and in some of the bones of the orbit. But I felt like the underside wasnt as detailed as it could've been. Overall, excellent quality and excellent price for what you're getting.

Helpful 💜
My husband bought this for me when I was studying bones for my anatomy class. And it was really really helpful. The bones are anatomically correct. I can see no difference between these bones and the bones we use at school. And guess what? I got a 100% on our lab practical! I recommend buying this.

I am so happy!!!!!
I am extremely happy with this purchase. All the bones are extremely high quality. It is really nice that one hand and 1 foot comes articulated separately, there are bags for the other hand, the other foot, the right side of the ribs, the left side of the ribs, the patella, hyoid bone, Both scapula and coccyx are in the bag, and the inter vertebral disks are also in a bag. The spine comes together on and elastic string so it is easy to work with. I really enjoy the fact that the skull has three parts, you can take the top off, and the mandible is fully movable. Comes with a 3-D skeletal system poster. Anterior, lateral and posterior view. Very helpful when studying and learning the bones. One of the hips came cracked and I emailed them… Immediately they responded via email and told them they would send me out a replacement right away. The next day I had a package on my door with the replacement part. Their customer service is outstanding! All in all, I am extremely happy…. And I highly recommend because of the quality and the outstanding customer service! Thank you very much!!

A must for A&P students - worth every penny
We bought this for my college kids to be able to study for their college anatomy & physiology course. In their practicum, they were given a bone and told to identify it. Not just "femur," but "right femur" or "left femur." Their instructor said that every bone has a first name "Right" or "Left" and they had to know which was which. We already had an assembled skeleton, but my students felt that being able to study with the disarticulated skeleton made a huge difference (both got 4.0's in the class). Although the A&P lab had bones, the lab hours were limited. By getting their own skeleton, they could study the bones in their dorm room and spend time in the lab studying other things that couldn't be done elsewhere.

Need a bone to pick? This one's a winner!
I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it! She's named it Napoleon Bone Apart (gotta love the Biologist's sense of humor). She loves how it has soft gel like plastic disks for the cartilage and the bones have surface indentations to resemble real bones. She said the skull opens so you can put a brain in there or use it as a candy dish. There is also a diagram with labels. My daughter calls it a road map, which is full color and able to be framed. She just loves this diarticulated skeleton. Definitely a must have for those into A & P.

AMAZING
Was hesitant on ordering this due to the price, but it was SO worth it!! It was amazing for studying and has helped me ace my Anatomy Lab! If you're taking Anatomy and want a leg up in the course I highly recommend ordering this for studying, it is absolutely worth it!

For Lab Class
These got such great reviews that I ordered one on spec, and it was so good that I ordered 4 more for an Introductory course on Human Origins. They have a surprising amount of detail, the package contains all the bones, and they are well made and heavy-duty so they won't break with the fumbling and manhandling of 300 inexperienced students per year. We use real bones for our advanced courses, but these are great for courses where students need to learn basic bones and bone features. Best of all they are affordable!! The administration was delighted to approve $500 for skeletons since they had just paid 40K to outfit another bioanth lab with casts from a more scientific source.

Great for studying individual bones.
The skull is very well made. Most of the features are present (of course we can’t expect 100% of it to be present on a model skeleton). Skull had a magnetically detachable calvaria (roof) and the jaw is movable. (The temporomandibular joint comes with a cartilageish part that helps it to move smoothly and this is a very cool feature I haven’t seen in other model skeletons.) The skeleton is life size, and made of a strong material. Important to anyone studying anatomy in med school. The price is good and I’d happily pay even more than $111 for it. The shipping weight is about 8kg so be aware of that before shipping internationally, if your shipping carrier charges you by weight. Definitely satisfied by it. If they could increase the accuracy a tad bit it would be better though, like the foramena and the fossae on the sphenoid bone, mandible etc. But the features shown are anatomically correct so there’s no doubt about that. Good purchase. Would recommend to any medical student.

Excellent learning tool. VERY well made bones.
I am very happy with my purchase. Bones are made very well. They are more of a hard material than a rubber which I am so glad for. Less chance of warping of the bones. I highly recommend this to anyone who is a hands on learner like myself. The skeleton system came well packaged with loose bones separated by baggies. You can seriously use this thing forever...if you decide the medical field isn't for you...you can always use it for halloween decorations ;) Incase you are curious about what it comes with: - A poster of the skeletal system -Skull (detachable top & Mandible) -Hyoid bone - Right & Left scapula + clavicles - Vertebrae column (on a string, and comes with joints that go in-between vertebras) - R&L Humerus -R&L Radius + Ulna's -R&L Femur -R&L Tibia and Fibula -Non articulated pelvis + sacrum ( the coccyx is in another baggie too which I thought was weird/cool) - R&L Patellas - 1 Articulated foot and hand - Two separate bags of unarticulated foot and hand + carpals and Metatarsals **NOTE** The un articulated hand and foot pieces are labeled with letters and numbers. I assumed it was going to match something on the poster to help students learn the individual pieces and what they look like separated but I don't see any evidence of that on the poster. I'll look into it more later and update if I find anything. Good luck in your career!

The bones come properly wrap and protected. For being not being real bones, the bones have a lot of detail. Given that I also have used real ones in the classroom setting it gives me as a student a way to study at home. Certain details were not present but I'm using this as an extra resort for outside classroom review. I think this really does its purpose as an additional aid for any anatomy or nursing student to study. I'm so glad I ordered it. I love that the only articulated bones are for one foot and one hand. It allows me to see other individual bones such as the hips, sternum, ribs, etc.
