Works great on my Tesla Model 3
I saw some people with Model 3s in the reviews were having issues, so I'll just post my positive experience. I use it with suction-only with great success with my fairly heavy iPhone 8Plus, and the metal plate doesn't interfere with the wireless charger for me or my wife with her smaller iPhone 8. Just keep the plate near the bottom of the phone; that's what I do. Doesn't keep me from wirelessly charging horizontally or vertically on my nightstand stand-charger. Also, regarding how I use the mount, I stuck it to the back of my giant Model 3 screen, where it comes up over the TOP rather than the side, since that's the best spot for my personal visibility. I slap my phone on it horizontally, nudged up against the top, and it doesn't even vibrate. It's great! Also, what's great about this product is that, for the metal plates you have to attach to your phone, it comes with clear vinyl stickers you can stick to the phone and then stick the plate to the sticker. That way you're not sticking anything directly on the phone, and later when you want to remove it, you can start by removing the clear vinyl sticker first. Great little add-on they give you!

So far so good: magnet holds well & convenient
I’ve had other ones without magnets that have broken while driving due to the heavy otter box case on my phone or crappy products or bumpy roads. I was wary about the magnet but it holds up really well! I drove 14 hours from Cincinnati to Orlando (and back!) with no issues. Also, it’s way more convenient to slap my phone on the magnet than to fidget it into some holder. I’m concerned it may leave some stuff on my windshield if I ever need to remove it, but I figured I could scrape it off easier there than on my dashboard. As long as it holds, I won’t be removing it.

Still attached after rolling the truck
Ok so I installed this into my truck last week. Had loved it so far. I rolled my truck yesterday going 54 and flipped it 3-4 times. I walked away believe it or not. When they flipped my truck over. The phone was still attached to the magnetic clip. Strong magnet. Probably the highlight of my day. Phone still works and I’m alive.

Quick and early review
I only received this yesterday but have been playing around with mounting options for the magnets etc. First the unit has a very strong magnet and appears to be a quality product. I have Kyocera Duraforce Pro 2 smartphone that I have in a rugged case. They say you can put the metal plate between to phone and the inside of the case, my case is quite thick and that did not work out well. What did work is that I used 3M Extreme Mounting Tape to attach the plate to that back of the case. The mounting tape on the supplied plate was not thick enough to compensate for the ribbed surface of the case. The addition thickness of the the 3M tape was enough to have a full adhesive contact. Two suggestions really press down on the plate to help push the tape into the groves. I used a small roller to apply more pressure. Let the phone sit around for an hour or so to let the tape setup before you try mounting on the magnet. Added bonus the the ball on the arm is the exact same as for Garmin GPS' so you can mount the magnet head on any old Garmin mounts you have, bean bag etc.

Best mount I’ve tried!!
Like many others, I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect mount for my phone. I came across this one and after much debate, decided to take a chance on it. Delivery was fast. It arrived as shown and was easy to work with. I like that the arm is long so you can pretty much put it anywhere and it be in good reach. My car doesn’t have a flat surface on the dash that’s close to me so I chose to put it by the gas meter and bend the arm to my right. It’s out of the way, not in my sight and is in perfect reach while driving. The arm itself is kinda hard to bend but I think that’s a good thing. You don’t want it flimsy because that’s whats giving you your stability. The suction works great so far! Took me a few times to get it to stay. But after you rinse it with water...push down hard and close the lever, it’s hold really well. I have found myself holding my hand about two inches under my phone while driving just waiting for it to fall. But it hasn’t yet. The magnets are pretty strong. I don’t think it’s going anywhere! Just nervous habit. It hasn’t fell yet and I’ve been using it constantly for about a week now. All in all, I think this is an excellent and affordable mount and I’d definitely recommend it!

Great product, Make sure it's clean when mounting!
I recently started a delivery driving job. This mount has been a lifesaver for that. Depending on you phones weight is what matters on how much wiggle there is going over bumps and what not. I am using a Motorola Force Z2. Pros: +When mounted correctly, it has never fallen off. +The arm is nice and stiff, which means it won't start sagging on you. +Can mount just about anywhere with a nice flat surface, not just on glass. (Good for watching movies in the back seat too) +It came with multiple metal plates so the rest of your family doesn't have to take their metal plate out and give it you when you want to use it. Cons: -You have to make sure that the sticky suction cup is VERY clean when using. At least with my windshield it has to be. If you don't, it will fall off sometime during the drive. That's not much of a con though. Most of the time to clean it, you just need to pull off whatever gets stuck on it. Also, remember to clean the surface you are using, sometimes that helps. If you are still have problems with it sticking, use warm water and brush it off with your hand. Let it air dry and you are good to go!

Love this long-arm phone cradle!
Now that Florida (as well as other states) has passed a law making it illegal to hold a phone while you’re driving, I needed something to put my phone on where I could easily reach it because I use the GPS frequently and listen to books on my phone. After looking at numerous styles of magnetic holders, I ordered this one and am so glad I did! You can mount it anywhere (window or dash) and it really does bend in whatever way you want it! Have recommended it to friends!

works as described
Stuck to dashboard firmly, came off with no residue or imprint when I intentionally detached it, then restuck firmly again. Perfect solution. The extension is easy to bend, but holds it's shape once bent. Magnets and suction are strong enough to hold a heavy phone (LG V20 with Otter Box). Easy to use. This is the best phone mount I have ever owned.

Install Flash Player I recommend this product for those who live in cooler climates. The sun CAN melt some of the materials which is unfortunate, but it happens, especially if it’s on a window that may potentially get hot. I live in Southern California and it’s been great under most of the bipolar weather here. I’ve had this product since September 2018. Decided to do a review today since it has been officially 6 months. I have not dismounted the mount since I first installed it. So far, so great! The only Con I have with this product is that the arm slowly loses its ability to steadily hold my phone up at the height I prefer. However, my phone case is VERY heavy with metal frames and driving over bumpy roads may just be part of the wear and tear. Overall, great magnetic mount for a Tesla Model 3. It mounts perfectly onto the tablet. The pictures I attached show one of the best ways to use this. it can be adjusted and bent in different directions. Also, I don’t use the metal sheets that go within phone cases, I use a metal ring on top of my phone case since it works like a pop socket when not it is not mounted.

Brilliant! Works well w/ iPhone 7 & case
Day 1 feedback: this product is a brilliant solution I’ve unfortunately had to go through 3-4 other similar products to find. MUCH better than fumbling with claps to hold the phone. The magnet is strong enough to give secure hold through plastic phone case. It also doesn’t vibrate or move around while driving. I just hope it stands the test of time. I’ll be back in a few months to give further review. Update: 1.5 years later and this thing is still great. I now have the iPhone XS and it’s still the perfect solution for me. My wife’s arm did separate from her suction cup but a little hot glue and it was back in action. Totally worth it for the money.
