I work at home, so I wake at 8:20. Start work at 9am. Then finish work at 5pm. Then chill for 2 hours, and then play games from 7 till 10:30-11. Then watch something on the TV till 12:30 and then sleep. But I'm 23, I'll eventually get something else and hopefully it's more active.

Wanna hear something? Do something else dude. After a long day at work where you sit all day long in front of a computer, the last thing you want to do at home is to sit again in front of a computer. Go for a simpler job or you'll lose your passion for gaming because of that shit

I sit all day at work looking at PC screen to be able to afford spending time for working out and being active to negate all the stupid damage to my health. HOWEVER, i dont do sports... at home i just eat, play pc game for an hour, watching 1-2 episodes of some series and going to sleep.
